The goal of the tank calibration is to determine the exact volume of a container. Only by the use of accurate calibration tables a reliable determination of the volume is possible. This avoids disruptions (down time) and additional costs for the customer.
3D Laser measurement
3D laser measurement is an economical and efficient way to accurately measure tanks and other complex container systems. By capturing all relevant dimensions, a virtual 3D model with very high dimensional accuracy is created. The 3D laser scanner works faster than conventional methods and captures(records) everything visible.

The dimensional accuracy mentioned above is carefully documented. This will secure the customer's object. The customer can still access this data years later.

Level control (strapping chart)
The process of 3D scanning allows us to create more accurate strapping charts, so that the customer has a precise overview of the consumption of his supplies and thus can always control(monitor) the level exactly. This is especially important for industrial plants and other large projects at storage and turnover.
